You’ll need to make 4 gift bags:      6 squares of 10”  from different coordinated fabrics -  small ribbons  -   decorations like buttons, jewelry rings or …

Fournitures pour quatre sachets:    6 carrés dans des tissus assortis mais avec différents dessins de 25,5cm  -  fins rubans - décorations à coudre (boutons, breloques, …)

Cut 4 squares diagonal and change color placing

Coupez 4 carrés en diagonale et changez les couleurs

Cut the 2 other squares in four and make   4 yoyos and 4 prairiepoints (2 from each fabric)

Coupez les 2 carrés restants en quatre et faites   4 yoyos et 4 prairiepoints (2 dans chaque tissu)

Cut your ribbons – Coupez vos rubans

Place 2 different triangles, good side up, to form a square, like on picture, with one prairiepoint and ribbon pinned in center of one diagonal. Ribbon comes under the tips of the prairie-points. Sew the diagonal and press seams downwards.

Placez 2 carrés différents, bons côtés vers le haut, pour reformer un grand carré, voyez la photo, et positionnez un prairiepoint et un ruban au centre d’une diagonale. Le ruban se place en dessous des pointes du prairiepoint. Cousez la diagonale, repassez les ourlets vers le bas.

Fold diagonal, perpendicular to the diagonal line of sewing, and close the two sides with a sewing line with a small gap left to turn inside out.

Pliez en diagonal, perpendiculaire sur votre couture, et cousez les deux autre côtés en laissant une ouverture pour tourner intérieur extérieur.

Turn inside out; close the gap with some invisible stitches.  Then finally, push the bottom triangle (the lining, this is the one without the prairiepoint) into the other to get your little bag.
Keep the prairiepoint with the tip down and fix on the front by sewing the tip with a yoyo. Eventually add buttons, beads …

Tournez intérieur extérieur, fermez l’ouverture avec quelques points de couture invisible. Puis finalement, poussez le triangle du bas (celui sans le prairiepoint) vers l’intérieur pour obtenir le sachet.
Fixez le prairiepoint vers le bas sur le devant de votre sachet avec un yoyo cousu sur sa pointe. Ajoutez des perles, breloques, boutons …

Make the other 3 bags - as you changed your fabric settings of the triangles in the beginning, you’ll get 4 different yet coordinated little bags.

Faites de façon identique les trois autres sachets. Comme vous avez changé le placement de couleurs/motifs au départ, vous aurez 4 sachets différents.
